DELIVERIES


For all
UK deliveries we use Royal Mail 1st Class recorded.Please allow 3-5 days for delivery before contacting us. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.Please allow 7-14 days delivery on any pre ordered items unless stated otherwise

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES


We post world wide by Royal Mail International Track and Trace. Delivery within the EU generally takes 3-5 working days. For rest of the world, please expect your delivery within 3-7 working days. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.At this time we do not offer returns on swimwear.

To complete your return, Please email [email protected] and we will direct you on where to send it.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and discounted items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

PRE ORDER RETURNS
After ordering a pre ordered item you have three days to cancel your delivery.After three days our standard return policy will apply.
